Condo

Our group enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for everyone! The only thing that I’d like to let people know is they have bare minimum of starter items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, washing detergent. So plan to bring that when you go. We did a Walmart pickup order when got there for everything we needed. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot. I don’t think they provided coffee. I brought my own to the condo. The cell phones didn’t work good for phone calls but texting and WiFi was good.

Condo

The condo could use some slight improvements, but nothing major that would be worth noting here. HOWEVER, the actual property stressed me out when it got dark. The parking lot was covered in large roaches. Roaches then got into the building. Every few steps, there was another LARGE roach. On our first night, we took a cart upstairs to unload then had to battle a large roach that rode up with the cart apparently. I handle most everything well, except for roaches. I HATED leaving the room after dark. The actual condo was kinda small, but didnt stop me and my family from loving every minute. The balcony was perfection, we had plenty of room in the kitchen and living areas. The master bedroom felt smaller because of the bed- which is definitely not an issue when you have a husband that's super tall and you require the king sized bed. My kids, husband, and myself were sad to say goodbye to this condo and our beautiful stay at the beach. Would still recommend this place to others, just want to give the heads up about the grounds to anyone who may be like I am and stress an unreasonable amount about roaches.

We had a great time. The resort was really nice. But the condo needed some love. I do not expect perfection in a rental home. But I do expect everything to look nice and be usable for its main function. The furniture was completely destroyed. Beds were creaking even when you touched them let alone sit on them. The arm chairs in the living room were falling apart and the spring was actually coming out of one of them and you couldn’t sit in it. Kitchenware was cracked and unusable. Bathrooms were very clean. I loved that. Most places it’s the opposite. If you plan to go to this resort on a busy holiday weekend, plan for parking! There is one spot for the condo and any other spot is first come first serve and there are not enough spaces for each condo to have 2 cars. The beach. Ok again, I am fully aware I am going to walk to the beach. If you have small kids, this may not be the condo for you. To get to the beach, you have to get shuttled then walk about half a mile to the beach from the walkway. Without kids, no issue. But with kids… no thanks. The amenities were great. Pools were clean the staff was great. The harbor was amazing. I do not want this to be a negative review but just some things that I experienced that you may want to be aware of before renting this space. Not for kids under 10.
